I've been meaning to paint Kerrigan for a while now, but I've been putting it off cause I wanted to make sure I did it right! (I mean, she's probably one of the most complicated villains I know of, after the Joker). Anyways, when I saw that Blizzard was finally releasing stuff for Heart of the Swarm, I realized the time had come. Enjoy!

Well, in some ways I guess the Joker's not too complicated, but honestly, being that crazy is...well...complicated! (and terrifying)

And thank you, I'm glad you approve. I'm certainly going to miss the old, evil Zerg-Kerrigan, but I'm curious what Blizzard plans to do with her next.

Good job, too bad they kinda turn her character into a damsel in distress. I miss broodwar kerriagn.

That's definitely true, though since the whole point was to try and redeem her, I guess I can understand why they would make her more of a prisoner. Course, from what I understand from the Heart of the Swarm trailer I saw, maybe she isn't redeemed? Either way, we've got at least two more games coming out, n I'm pretty sure she'll turn out a bit more hard core in them.

And yeah, I was really trying to avoid the whole sexy girl thing with her: as I said above, she's a "bloodthirsty, mutated, alien-hybrid warlord", not a diva. Glad you liked how it turned out!

Well in Broodwar she was and the character made sense. But in the mission "All in" the "Inner" Kerrigan is calling out for you to keep going and they imply that she has not had free will the whole time. Also at the end she is reduced to a frail woman that need to be carried out by her big strong man hero.

Her dialog is also reduced greatly. She spouts cheesy one-liners and doesn't have the force she used to. Also I felt her fatalism did not quite make sense ether.

PS, I like how you toned down the over sexualization of her. I always liked her more as a badass and I never understood why the added heal to her
